Pitch Maintenance - Help Needed

This week marks 1 year since the Donegal Local Development Company (DLDC) withdrew the help of the support we had for many years with maintaining our pitches and facilities.
So, we are again advertising our need for a replacement scheme member and appealing fo help.
Our main need is for someone to look after grass trimming and strimming, and the general duties needed to ensure pitches are prepared each week. Hours are part time and flexible and the application process is listed below.
Please be aware that there are conditions in place for eligibility, so anyone interested should check before applying.
The club are appealing to all followers to keep our requirement in mind and to share it with anyone that might be interested. We have been trying to fill this position for over a year now without any success.
Despite having access to the names of applicants that are eligible, the DLDC have not replaced what they have taken away, and have been consistent with a view that if we need a scheme member, that we need to find one ourselves.
So, we’d again ask our followers to help us in any possible.
The year ahead will be much busier than the one just ended - growing numbers across the club brings with a greater demand for pitches, which in turn will require a lot more upkeep.
